About re:flow

re:flow is a Pilates studio offering elevated movement in an inspiring space. Alongside our in-house café, the studio is home to two Reformer Pilates rooms, a Mat & Chair room, and our Spa room where we offer massage treatments.

Rooted in both classical and contemporary methods, our approach is simple: Pilates is for everyone. We believe Pilates can enhance quality of life, and we want more people to discover a movement practice they genuinely enjoy and want to make part of their everyday life.

At re:flow, inspiring design meets quality Pilates. Every detail of our studio has been considered with the experience in mind. We believe your surroundings influence how you feel, which is why we’ve created a space that feels different from the traditional Pilates studio, with a strong focus on design, aesthetics and atmosphere.

Our studio is located in Vienna’s 19th district, set within one of the area’s most beautiful buildings and surrounded by a green garden.

Our community is at the heart of re:flow. We regularly host events, collaborations and studio get-togethers, creating a place where our clients enjoy spending time beyond their Pilates practice.
