re:flow offers small-group classes, experienced instructors and a considered studio experience. Alongside our Pilates spaces, our in-house café is a natural part of re:flow, whether it’s a coffee before class, a matcha afterwards or simply a reason to stay a little longer.
We are located in one of Vienna’s beautiful historic buildings, surrounded by the greenery of the 19th district.
With roots in Vienna and Stockholm, we bring a Scandinavian aesthetic to the unique character of our home at Daringerhof. The result is a studio with its own personality, where inspiring design meets quality Pilates.

A retreat designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind and create space to reset.
At re:flow, movement is about more than exercise. It is about feeling stronger, more present and more connected to yourself. Set in the Austrian mountains, this retreat brings together Reformer Pilates, psychology-based wellbeing sessions, recovery and time to slow down.
Daily Reformer Pilates sessions with experienced re trainers combine strength, control and mindful movement. Each session is designed to challenge the body while leaving you feeling energised and centred.
Alongside Pilates, psychology-led sessions explore topics around stress, sleep and mental wellbeing, combining practical knowledge with guided exercises and personal reflection. You will leave with simple tools and insights that can be carried into everyday life.
Between sessions, there is time to enjoy the spa, nature, exceptional food and the surroundings of the Forsthofgut.
Three days to move, reset and reconnect, returning home with renewed energy, greater clarity and tools that last beyond the retreat.
